Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit fulfillment-depot.net (the “Site”) or contact Fulfillment Depot LLC (“Fulfillment Depot”, “we”, “us”) through its contact form or by email.

What this Site does and does not do

  • The Site is informational. It does not sell products, take orders or process payments.
  • The Site includes a business-enquiry contact form. It does not offer account registration or newsletter sign-up.
  • The Site does not use advertising, analytics or tracking tools, and it does not load third-party scripts or fonts.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the web server that hosts the Site keeps standard technical logs when pages are requested. These logs can include your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. They are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Site.

Cookies

The Site does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. The WordPress software that runs the Site sets cookies only for people who log in to administer it.

Information you send us

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, company or website and message you enter, together with the date and time you sent it. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this information to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence, including supplier and partnership discussions. To protect the form against spam, our server briefly keeps a one-way coded (hashed) form of your IP address to limit repeated submissions; it is discarded automatically within an hour. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it except where needed to operate our website hosting and email service or where required by law.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was sent for, or as required by law. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s standard settings.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.

Children

The Site is intended for business and general audiences. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete correspondence you have sent us by using our contact form, or by replying to any email you have received from us. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the Site changes, for example if we launch an online store. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
